Yoko Kajigaya is a Japanese professional organizer who has helped people organize their homes since 2012. She holds the Organizing Academia Master, the highest qualification of the Housekeeping Association in Japan.

She has taught more than 10,000 people through courses, lectures and talk shows, and has worked on more than 1,000 organizing projects for homes and companies. She has published 24 books in Japan and overseas, including translated editions in Taiwan, China and Korea, with about 250,000 copies sold in total. Her book Kigatsukeba, Zutto Muji Ryohin Deshita ranked No.1 in the lifestyle category of an online bookstore in China.

For two years, she trained MUJI (Ryohin Keikaku) staff as a corporate trainer and helped launch MUJI’s home organizing service. Since 2017 she has produced her own storage bag brand, Carry Storage. Since 2022 she has served as Storage Advisor and Brand Ambassador for XIBAINIAN, a home renovation company in China, where she also led an in-house training program for its interior designers in 2026.

She has appeared on many Japanese TV programs, including NHK’s Asaichi and Nippon TV’s Hirunandesu. In 2024 she founded My Fit Organize School, where she teaches her method, My Fit Organize. Her approach is not simply to reduce belongings, but to listen to each person’s life and care for both the person and the things they own.
